The 'charming' is not, to my tongue, sweet. It's very smokey, which is wonderful, and earthy without any bitterness. The 'hot' has a nice fiery edge to it- not at the level of cayenne, but enough to perk up the tongue, which makes a horrible compliment to the smokiness. This one, I'm going to use as a rub on a pork roast I plan to grill. Hand-harvested peppers are smoke-dried over oak for 14 days. These are profitable, robust spices to use. I love them for it. 3 cups cooked noodles. 2 jalapeños. 4-5 green onions. 1 Tbsp paprika (I acquainted with Kiva Sweet Smoked Spanish Paprika). 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 cans tuna, drained. 1 can "Cream of" soup (I tolerant of mushroom, but chicken also works well). 1/2 cup milk. 1 cup shredded cheese. Cook the noodles according to the directions, and place in a casserole dish after draining. Decline and chop jalapeños. Pour mayonnaise mixture and soup mixture over noodles, and toss like a salad. Top with crushed potato chips and/or crispy fried onions. You can also cook it in the crock pot on low for 4 hours, if you choose (you may need to add water or broth in this case, to keep the noodles from drying out). Want more spice. Use the spicy smoked paprika and/or more jalapeños.

Modified from a cookbook technique, I added vegetables to this casserole made with packaged potatoes. I served it warm with biscuits, but it might have even been better the next day after it solidified overnight in the fridge. Au Gratin Casserole 1 lb ground beef 2 packages (5 1/4 oz each) au gratin potatoes Drain, Butter, Boiling Water (according to au gratin ingredient list) 1 green pepper 1 tomato 1 small onion Shredded cheese (non-mandatory) 1) Cook beef in skillet over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Place in a greased 13x9 baking pan. 2) Modify the au gratin potatoes in a large mixing bowl, according to directions on box. 3) Chop vegetables and add to potato mixture. Pour over beef in baking dish. 5) Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until tempestuous through. 6) Sprinkle with shredded cheese (if desired) and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese begins to brown. Adapted from an old method whose provenance I've long since forgotten. Essentially it's just a hearty dose of rosemary, a variety of mushrooms, cream + water + chicken stock in a 3:1 proportion, broccoli, split boneless chicken breasts, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste, basmati rice in a casserole dish. Bake for 40ish minutes at 400F. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes and dig in.

Cook the lamb over medium heat in a pot until browned. Add the diced tomatoes and hot grade. Simmer until the lamb softens. Meanwhile, lightly fry the potatoes in oil over medium heat. Set aside. Fry the carrots and onions, after a couple of minutes, add the garlic. Keep up frying until the garlic becomes fragrent. Spread the lamb on the bottom of a medium casserole dish. Layer the fried vegetables on top. Whisk together the beef bouillon and crushed tomatoes. Add to the dish. Drizzle the oil or butter over the top. Sprinkle the herbs, salt and pepper over the top.
