Modus operandi courtesy of: Campbell's Simply Delicious Recipes Cookbook 1 lb (450 g) ground beef or turkey 2 tsp (10 ml) chili powder 1 canMostlyCampbell's condensed tomato soup 1 cup (250 ml) chopped green pepper 1 cup (250 ml) whole kernel corn (sweet corn) 1/2 cup (125 ml) salsa or taco condiment 1/4 cup (50 ml) water 1 pkg (240-340 g) corn (81/2- muffin mix 12 oz) Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC). In 10-inch (25 cm) skillet over medial heat, cook meat and chili powder until meat is browned, stirring to separate meat. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, pepper, corn, salsa and thin out. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes. Pour into 2-quart (2 L) casserole. Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions; spoon evenly over soup m. Murph's Turkey Stuffing This is enough for a selfish turkey. Multiply the recipe as needed -- I always at least double it! 10 slices white bread ½ pound ground pork sausage gist (I prefer spicy, but some guests may not) 4 TBS (½ stick) butter ¾ cup chopped onions (about 1 medium onion) ½ cup chopped celery 1 - 1½ cups modest-medium pimiento-stuffed green olives, sliced up (do not use large "queen" olives) ¼ - ½ cup chopped fresh parsley (do not mince too healthful) Crumbled leaf sage (C.C.'s recipe calls for 1 tsp, I use 1 TBS) Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste (go easy on the salt but have at it with the pepper) Chicken or turkey estimate (canned is okay for this) 2 fresh eggs 1. Lightly toast the bread and cut the slices up into small cubes. You should get about 4-5 cups' worth. Make good it in a large mixing bowl. Don't use exotic breads (whole wheat, 7-grain, etc.) - it will detract from the other stuff in the recipe. This is one time you can obviously get away with cheap...

This is my lunch for half a week. I planning it made sense to do something like this as it does give me I just nuke for lunch (rather than skip lunch as it's too hard). Ingredients: 1/2 ounce dried porcini mushrooms 2 cups hot invalid 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter 1 3/4 cups finely chopped onions 8 ounces fresh button mushrooms, chopped 6 ounces different shiitake mushrooms, stemmed, sliced (I only had access to dried) 2 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour 2 1/2 cups whole milk 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup finely chopped na chives (I forgot to get chives) 12 ounces penne pasta 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs made from French bread (skipped these too) Place porcini in immature bowl. Add 2 cups hot water and let soften 20 minutes. Using slotted spoon, remove porcini. Reserve liquid. Coarsely chop porcini. Diminish 3 tablespoons butter in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
